Kia ora and hello,

I’m Kim, and I want to share a story with you – one that might sound familiar.

For years, I put everyone else first. My family, my work, my community – they all came before my own needs. Sound familiar? One day rolled into the next, and before I knew it, I found myself tipping the scales at over 100 kg, worrying about health issues like type 2 diabetes.

I tried everything – Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, you name it. For 40 years, I rode the rollercoaster of yo-yo dieting, always ending up back where I started. It was exhausting, disheartening, and I felt lost.

MIBOCO Living Light Changed Everything

Then, something changed. My sister Leigh introduced me to the MIBOCO Living Light programme. I decided to give it a try. And you know what? It changed everything.

This isn’t just another weight loss programme. It’s a journey of rediscovery. Through a combination of a 10-day homeopathic detox and supportive coaching, I found myself again. I released 23 kg so far, but more importantly, I changed my relationship with food, my body, and myself.

Now, I wake up every day feeling energised, clear-headed, and excited about life. I’ve reconnected with my personal style, and I feel like I’m showing up as the best version of myself for my family and community.
