Your rights are really important to Kim and her team (Kim is a nerd and stickler for rules), so we will meet your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.

If any of our products have a minor fault we have the right to fix it, replace it or give you your money back.

If it’s a biggie then you are entitled to your money back/a full refund.

We also can’t palm you off to the original maker – it is our job to sort it out with you directly.

What if you have just changed your mind, seen it cheaper somewhere else or someone brought you the exact same thing? Sorry – we are under no legal obligation to exchange the product or give you your money back. We know this is tough so please choose carefully.
