Your rights are really important to Kim and her team (Kim is a nerd and stickler for rules), so we will meet your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.
If any of our products have a minor fault we have the right to fix it, replace it or give you your money back.
If it’s a biggie then you are entitled to your money back/a full refund.
We also can’t palm you off to the original maker – it is our job to sort it out with you directly.
What if you have just changed your mind, seen it cheaper somewhere else or someone brought you the exact same thing? Sorry – we are under no legal obligation to exchange the product or give you your money back. We know this is tough so please choose carefully.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Kim and her flock are rurally based in Murihiku/Southland. All the recycled rubber earrings are custom made (we don’t carry stock). So please allow up to 2 weeks for your beautiful earrings to be made.
If you need them for a special occasion(birthday, wedding, etc) please leave a comment at checkout and we will do our very best to get them to you in time for your event.
Our shipping days are Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
We use NZ Post (all we can get out here in the wop wops) and all parcels are tracked or couriered to you.

We also ship our earrings internationally and the fee for this is a flat rate of $20.00 which will include our complimentary personalised card and gift wrapping.
Our products are all handmade, therefore there may be some minor variations in design or finish to that pictured. This may be due to the rubber or cutting. The zulu hooks we use for our earrings are either nickel free or Stirling silver. Nickel is often the metal that reacts in our ears to make them itchy, sore and red – so we decided to avoid that completely. We’re sure that you’ll love your purchase, but if you are unsatisfied check out our returns policy.
If you are interested in purchasing our earrings to sell in your store, contact us about wholesale pricing. Wholesale pricing applies to Inarapa earrings only and minimum order numbers apply.
Please note that if you live in a smaller town or city we will only supply to one retailer in that area. We like to keep our nest clean and look after our clients.
